"AMAZING FLAVOR ... "

By: Anonymous | Date: Nov 20, 2012 | Beer(s) Brewed: Ordinary Bitter 1.032

This yeast is very good for English styles. I pitched with no starter. It took a while to start even with injecting pure oxygen. The malt profile is of minerals, and oak. There is a woodiness that really blends nicely with English hop varieties. Amazing flavor for a beer brewed with a starting gravity of 1.032.
