Liquid Wine Tannin - 4 oz helps balance low tannin wines along with aiding in clarification. It's a liquid form of premium wine tannin derived from the heart of the Chestnut tree. It is commonly used instead of powder when small amounts of tannin are needed.  Wine tannin can be added to boost astringency in dull wines as well as aid in clarification. Traditionally a dominant flavor in red wines, it can be used sparingly in white wines. Great for wines you intend to age.

The recommended dosages are: 1 tsp per US gallon for white of rose wine must, 2 tsp per US gallon for red wine must and 1 tbsp per US gallon for fruit wine must.
